UniMac is laundry star for leading car wash brand

It’s no secret that UniMac machines are built to last. That’s one of the reasons why so many consumers choose UniMac for their laundry needs. With that in mind, we created the UniMac Longevity Contest and began our search for the oldest machines out there that are still in use. Here’s a story from a car wash that’s been using the same machine since 2008. 

Washing vehicles can get dirty. Between oil, dirt, brake dust and other residue, you never know what you’re going to run into. WaterWay Gas and Wash has trusted UniMac machines for the past 20 years to keep their linens clean and to provide its customers the quality wash they expect. The machines are run at maximum capacity, every day, and handle more than 20 loads. 

Each WaterWay Gas and Wash started with one unit at each location, but as the business has grown and demands have increased, most have been upgraded to two 60-pound units. Some locations are also leveraging the benefits of  the legendary UM202, a car wash industry standard machine for decades. It’s safe to say these machines have proven themselves worthy of a leader in the car wash industry.
